Hello! My name is Lisa Weaver. I am married to the love of my life (36 years), Alan. We are DIYers. We started in early in a our marriage because of the lack of money. We needed gifts for Christmas or needed to spruce up a home on basically little budget. Fortunately Alan has stuck with me through many schemes and "I think I can do that's".

That mindset lead me to open Secretly Shabby in 2014. On a wing and a prayer I dived into the retail world. No money or plan, (not always the smart way) In this retail journey I discovered that creating and teaching others to create was my passion. I love to take something old and give it new life. Helping others do the same came next. It may be some piece of furniture that has been in your family for ages or a road side find, (yes I love dumpster diving!) but teaching you to love it again and have new function in your home brings me joy.
